3.Description of the main composition and structure of the production line:
Forming main machine (one main machine, two sets of profiles can be converted and two sets of cutting can be realized by adjusting the spacer)
(1) Forming line speed: 18m/min
(2) forming passes: 10 passes
(3) The archway is a three-dimensional cast iron archway
(4)shaft diameter: medium 50mm. Material: 40Cr, quenched and tempered HB240-280
(5) Forming roll: material GCr15, quenching treatment, HRC58~62", hard chrome plated on the surface
(6) The power of the main motor is 5.5kw and the same motor
(7) Transmission mode: 120-type gearbox
(8) The fuselage part is the main body of this rolling mill. It is made of thick square tube 60*100 steel and iron plate welded by numerical control. It is firm and beautiful. The base is equipped with adjusting bolts for adjusting fuselage water flat position.The base is equipped with hoisting holes for easy installation and transportation.
(9) A set of calibration device with a discharge height of 700mm
(10) One Zhusa pump station, one 5.5KW, high-speed oil cylinder valve body.
(11) Surface treatment of equipment, after polishing, one coat of primer and two coats of outer paint
