HG219 High Frequency Welding ERW Steel Tube Mill
The high-frequency straight seam welded pipe equipment feeds the steel strip of a certain specification into the machine, curls the steel strip into a tube blank through the forming roller, and then uses the high-frequency proximity effect and skin effect to quickly heat the pipe edge to the welding temperature. And the welding is completed under the extrusion force of the extrusion roller, and then cooled, sized and roughly straightened to become a steel pipe of the required specification. The roll forming unit, FFX forming unit and roll forming unit produced by the company can produce X80 grade, J55 grade API oil casing, oil and gas pipe, etc., in line with API-5L, API-5CT and other standards. This unit can also produce special-shaped tubes for air-cooled island condensers used in power plants and steel mills.
